Der­ma­me­lan® and Cos­me­lan® are pro­fes­sio­nal depig­men­ta­ti­on con­cepts by mes­oe­ste­tic that tar­get stub­born hyper­pig­men­ta­ti­on such as melas­ma, len­ti­gi­nes or post-inflamm­a­to­ry spots. The distinc­ti­ve approach: ins­tead of mere­ly “cove­ring up” on the sur­face, both methods address pig­ment for­ma­ti­on at its root and com­bi­ne an in-cli­nic pha­se with con­sis­tent home care. A pro­fes­sio­nal ses­si­on in the prac­ti­ce is fol­lo­wed by a cle­ar­ly struc­tu­red home rou­ti­ne las­ting seve­ral months, which sta­bi­li­ses the result, redu­ces rel­ap­ses and sup­ports the skin bar­ri­er.
