General Terms and Conditions
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. For late cancellations of appointments with self-pay services (aesthetic treatments), 50% of the treatment costs will be billed. For all other services, a fee of CHF 100 will be charged. For cancellation of an appointment, please contact us exclusively via telephone (no voice messages), email, or WhatsApp.
Insurance Billing
Swiss Derma Clinic AG generally bills directly to the health insurance company, with invoice data being sent electronically via curaLINE. Assura insureds will always receive a reimbursement form to submit to their health insurance company.
Self-pay Services/Cosmetic Products/Medications
Payment for self-pay services, such as aesthetic treatments, non-mandatory cosmetics, or medications, is required immediately after the treatment and a receipt will be provided. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, as well as Twint.
Reminders / Late Payments
Invoices must be paid within 30 days without deduction. Starting from the second reminder, a reminder fee of CHF 30 is charged. After two written reminders, the invoice claim will be transferred to a collection service provider. The costs for the handling fees by INKASSOMed can be found at www.payfair.ch. For the purpose of credit checks or address searches, your personal data may be forwarded to and stored by InkassoMed AG / Intrum AG.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our services, products, and medications. The price indicated at the time of contract conclusion applies. Current prices can be found on our website.
Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.
Patient Information/Consent Form
Before many procedures, therapies, and treatments, patient information is required. The consent form must be signed by the patient and presented to us no later than immediately before the treatment. Without this signature, we cannot legally perform any procedures, therapies, or treatments.
Contractual Partner
The contractual partner of the patients is exclusively Swiss Derma Clinic.
Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is our business headquarters. Swiss law, in particular the articles 394 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations concerning contracts for work and services, is applicable.
