Is this a private clinic? Will the health insurance company pay for my consultation?

The Swiss Derma Clinic offers treatments that are covered by health insurance as well as treatments that are paid for privately.

May I know how expensive your treatment is?

How much does it cost if I don’t show up (no-show fee)?

Non-attendance at a regular consultation will be charged at CHF 100, for treatments 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

How can I make an appointment?

Can I come by without an appointment?

No, the Swiss Derma Clinic is not a walk-in practice. However, if you require treatment at short notice, you are welcome to contact us by telephone to arrange a prompt appointment.

How can I postpone or cancel my appointment?

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the contact form. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment so that no fees are incurred.

Do you have parking spaces? Where can I park?

There are several parking garages nearby:

Centrum Garage AG – Löwenstrasse 19, 8001 Zurich (approx. 1–2 min. walk to the clinic)
Globus parking garage – Löwenstrasse 50, 8001 Zurich (approx. 3–5 min. walk)
City Parking Zurich (Gessnerallee) – Gessnerallee 14, 8001 Zurich (approx. 7–8 min. walk)

Can the doctor speak German/English/other languages?

Our team speaks several languages, including German and English. In the online appointment booking you can see which doctor speaks which languages.

Are operations carried out?

Yes, we perform various skin operations professionally in our certified practice operating theater.

Does the practice only offer aesthetic consultations and treatments?

Although aesthetic medicine is a focus of our practice, we also offer comprehensive dermatological treatments at the highest medical level.
