The lips are often slightly swollen shortly after the injections and in rare cases subtly reddened. This effect, which is a natural consequence of the injections, can last up to a few hours depending on sensitivity. Longer lasting swellings are not to be expected after a specialist application.

The costs for a high-quality lip injection start at around CHF 550. The desired effect and the amount of filler required are decisive. Depending on which filler is used, the lips appear more voluminous or more discreet. We use hyaluronic acid of the highest medical quality for lip injections.
If the lip correction is repeated to maintain the result over a longer period of time, these costs will be incurred repeatedly.
Lip injections last for several months. Exactly how long varies from person to person - the period is between six and twelve months. The filler (hyaluronic acid) is broken down relatively slowly by the body's own metabolic processes. This duration depends on lifestyle, but also on individual predisposition. In some cases, the period is also significantly longer.
Basically, you are socially fit again immediately after the treatment. This means you can go to the office again or carry out other everyday activities. Immediately after the injections, your lips may swell slightly. This swelling is very slight and is not usually noticeable to third parties. It will disappear by itself after a few hours. Possible swelling can be reduced with a cool compress!
You can reapply your lipstick shortly after the injection. However, you should avoid sporting activities and strong sunlight for about 24 hours.
A top-up is possible at any time. The filler hyaluronic acid is similar to the natural hyaluronic acid that is present in the body itself and is also found in the lips. The filler cannot be felt, nor can it be felt when kissing or eating. It can be refreshed when you feel that the result has diminished.
