Appoint\u00adment Can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons<\/strong>
Appoint\u00adments must be can\u00adcel\u00adled at least 24 hours in advan\u00adce to avo\u00adid char\u00adges. For late can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons of appoint\u00adments with self-pay ser\u00advices (aes\u00adthe\u00adtic tre\u00adat\u00adments), 50% of the tre\u00adat\u00adment cos\u00adts will be bil\u00adled. For all other ser\u00advices, a fee of CHF 100 will be char\u00adged. For can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon of an appoint\u00adment, plea\u00adse cont\u00adact us exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly via tele\u00adpho\u00adne (no voice mes\u00adsa\u00adges), email, or WhatsApp.<\/p>

Insu\u00adrance Bil\u00adling<\/strong>
Swiss Der\u00adma Cli\u00adnic AG gene\u00adral\u00adly bills direct\u00adly to the health insu\u00adrance com\u00adpa\u00adny, with invoice data being sent elec\u00adtro\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly via cura\u00adLI\u00adNE. Assu\u00adra insu\u00adreds will always recei\u00adve a reim\u00adbur\u00adse\u00adment form to sub\u00admit to their health insu\u00adrance company.<\/p>

Self-pay Services\/Cosmetic Products\/Medications<\/strong>
Pay\u00adment for self-pay ser\u00advices, such as aes\u00adthe\u00adtic tre\u00adat\u00adments, non-man\u00adda\u00adto\u00adry cos\u00adme\u00adtics, or medi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons, is requi\u00adred imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly after the tre\u00adat\u00adment and a receipt will be pro\u00advi\u00added. We accept cash, debit and cre\u00addit cards, as well as Twint.<\/p>

Remin\u00adders \/ Late Pay\u00adments<\/strong>
Invoices must be paid within 30 days wit\u00adhout deduc\u00adtion. Start\u00ading from the second remin\u00adder, a remin\u00adder fee of CHF 30 is char\u00adged. After two writ\u00adten remin\u00adders, the invoice cla\u00adim will be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to a coll\u00adec\u00adtion ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adder. The cos\u00adts for the hand\u00adling fees by INKAS\u00adSO\u00adMed can be found at www.payfair.ch<\/a>.
